Restrictions - Chocolate Coated Censorship
Obama could I have some of what Professor Cory is having. My Socialized Medicine doesn’t have enough chocolate on it.
I was wondering why restrictions don’t bother liberals like the Professor, but censorship or discrimination sets them ablaze? They are basically both the same thing, where government is involved. The government steps in and won’t allow someone to do something. Then it hit me, where is a government employee going to get discriminated against, when fighting for the cause. And if they would, some official would step in and tell them ‘this is how it’s going to be!’ so it’s put up or shut up. Everyone should be so lucky, No!?
Censorship is like Cap-and-Trade. When you think of censorship the theatrical example of burning books comes to mind. The Nazi’s burned books to keep the population from causing any uprisings among their citizens. The government set a standard and the citizens had to comply. However you view Cap and Trade, the system is the same; a government standard is established and the business’ (and the public) have to pay, wether you agree with their standards or not.
Discrimination is like the Capital Gains Tax. Staying with the Nazi’s - they believed specific races and creeds were the cause of their current problems. The solution to these problems was to confine and control these people, solely by judging their looks or beliefs. Capital Gains Tax only applies to persons who own or who can gain a certain amount of wealth…reducing their wealth.
The article written on the Madville Times - Banning Private Insurance? Walker, Limbaugh Spread Big Lie About Health Care Reform shows complete ignorance of the terms Except, Grandfathered and Limitation associated with people receiving Health Care. Do you want to receive Health Care except…? Do you want to keep your Health Care, grandfathered in these cases…? Or how about even Limited Health Care? Health problems are unexpected and expensive! Making it less expensive would involve eliminating elements, not adding large counterproductive government entities?
I refuse to accept that the Professor is stupid! I just can’t imagine that he wants to limit his children’s Health Care options for an assumed outcome, based on political allegiance? He assumes the Health System will be the same in the “Good” and different in the “Bad.” Yeah, why not trust your elected officials, you did elect them based on proven experience didn’t you!? And even if you didn’t, what they ARE doing is working, right!?
