Gullible Assumptions that Push Single-Payer Health

One of the most gullible assumptions of a Government Solution to Healthcare is it’s FREE! Come on! If you believe that the rest of these will be really hard to swallow.

There is an evil insurance company taking your money. - We don’t assume there is an evil government taking money out of these companies, for no reason whatsoever. Why don’t we fix the problems with the insurance/medical system, opposed to starting one that has never been tried!?

This isn’t government run health care, it’s an option. - An Option run by the government, taking money from every tax-payer!? I don’t see the “option” part of it. This is being sold as an easy reversal if it doesn’t work, like a refund!? No refund!? - Who are you going to sue? Do you think our TARP bills are an easy way out or even a fix?

We can always go back to this system if the option doesn’t work./If Socialized Medicine is so bad, why haven’t other countries gone back to their old ways? - When Government gets control of a program it doesn’t let go!

‘This lady I know is in a bad way…’ - Everyone assumes people are having a hard time paying their medical bills. The truth is most medical expenses can be forgiven if there is a good reason. Most people aren’t aware of the options they already have. BUT, if we know that other similar programs have led patients to seek our current health system, we have to reason the system we have is better than socialized systems.

This program could be the most costly program ever produced by the United States Government. It would cost Trillions to start, it would cost us our freedoms and eventually our lives!
