Nationalized Healthcare is Only Political Leverage.

I don’t know who wants nationalized healthcare, but it’s NOT the ones that need it!

I’ve had many medical bills addressed to myself. I never thought for one second that I should be paying less for the services rendered. And I never thought ‘that insurance company didn’t help me.’ People with legitimate health concerns are…ARE being given proper care. Otherwise, doctors wouldn’t leave the United States to volunteer. They’d stay here.

The insurance companies could use an overhaul. They take their premiums and invest them into markets to grow their revenue. They have suggested coverage, and then pulled those benefits. But the insurance company is the problem NOT healthcare.

The hospitals charge extremely high fees and so do the doctors for their services. But when their malpractice insurance eats up a large chunk of their charges it doesn’t leave as much for them as you think. I know doctors who spend more hours in the hospital than most people spend at home during the year. They have state of the art equipment to work with and freedom to make split decisions based on the individual they are treating. And hospitals write off millions of dollars of services every year for needy patients. If you don’t believe me call them and find out for yourself. I personally know this to be true. People who need healthcare CAN find it!

The problem with healthcare can not possibly be fixed by giving it to everyone via the US government. You are taking a specific quantity of time and resources to divide it evenly between everyone. And with open borders and rights being given to suspected terrorists there is no limit to how many Americans there will be. The math doesn’t work. The sick will die and the healthy will try not to get sick. Doctors will not have the time or resources to make advances in medicine. They will have to treat those who are sent to them and they will be sent to them by the government scheduling their appointments.

‘Well you don’t have to participate.’ If this program is sold as being the best, why would anyone want anything else. Or if the majority of the insurance companies can’t make the payments for claims with the multitudes of premiums they receive now how are they going to make it work with less people. There will be no choice!

With Nationalized Healthcare all people see is free. They are then told with tax dollars - it will cost less than the current system. The public is then given some ‘official’ stats on the subject and they are sold that these are the only costs. How cheap! Then they are told ‘if you don’t support the program - you aren’t thinking about the women and children that need it.’ Finally, we are told ‘Can you really put a price on Nationalized Healthcare.’  If you haven’t gotten it yet, the people pushing this thing in Washington don’t CARE how much this costs.

So do you know you will even get the healthcare you need; I mean REALLY know? Can you trust your healthcare to anyone else? Because this plan isn’t FIXING anything, it’s a complete change! Right!?

Wouldn’t it be wise to deal with something we are sure of when it comes to the health of our families!? Let’s fix what we have and move towards something better. Not throw out everything that works along with what doesn’t!
