It’s about time to get your mind rightabout Father Obama’s Health Plan. And don’t use them words like “rationing”, “managed care” or “evidence-based care.” It’ll get the people worked up!

This story in the New York Times, explains a lot about Obama’s negotiating skills. The phrase ‘coached them on the language they should use’ when referring to speaking to Governor Rounds and other state officials, should automatically turn your thinking caps on! Well, it’s time to figure out if you want your mom to get ‘rationed’, ‘managed’ or ‘evidence-based care’, because it will be part of Obama’s Plan. Let’s look into our thinking cap….
Why would you say “don’t use the words ‘rationed’, ‘managed care’ or ‘evidence-based care’?” You could argue that, that is what everyone thinks when they hear Socialized Medicine - Yes, because all socialized plans have had rationing and we are talking about a government managed plan and most have evidence-based care. The second reason could be argued he deliberately wants to hide specific problems in Nationalized Healthcare - as he has hid all the benefits of his TARP bill from us.
These meetings are used to get some support for Obama’s HealthPlan, because not even the politicians in Washington, DC want to anything to do with it. Our Governor got noticed because of his expansion of the “Risk-Pool”, which gives something to those who have nothing. And now Rounds is supposed to pitch Obama’s plan over the July 4th break. We’ll see if Rounds pitches or Obama sends his men out to run over a car load of kids.
There are demonstrations going on this week. And if bloodmobiles, volunteering at “free-clinics” and people who think up terms like “tea-baggers” are our competition, we won’t be fighting a war of thought! But if mom can’t pay her medical bills, it’s hard to show how emotional these Obama followers will be with a mother who is dead, after she is refused care. Some things you just can’t change back.
