Deal Breakers - Nationalized Healthcare
I thought instead of picking apart issues, let’s just talk about the policies. Lend me your ear and eye. In these segments I am going to ask you ‘What aspect of specific issues are DEAL BREAKERS?’
Since Nationalized Healthcare is close to my heart, ‘if a Nationalized Healthcare program was brought to a vote - what possible solutions to the problem would be Deal Breakers?’
My first Deal Breaker would be: Not getting timely and quality health care.
I wouldn’t assume I could afford an alternative to Nationalized Healthcare and Nationalized Healthcare, because I would have to pay for both. One through taxes and one from my personal income. That being said, I know surgeons make priorities on who needs to be seen, based on mortality, current health, the difficulty of the surgery, the surgeons schedule, and other factors. If a government entity has to approve the scheduling it would compromise the speed and therefore the quality of the health care.
If an agreeable solution to this problem would be planned out well in advance, I would be more receptive to the plan. But that solution should probably be tried in the Medicare or the VA plans first before enacting a NEW program that we have no proof works.
