Breaking Things: Change We can Believe.

During the Bail-Out Bill of 2008, there was an idea to give every household in the US $100,000. But that was thought to be $800 Billion. It would actually be $7.6 Trillion dollars, Oh My!……what a bargain! If we would have done that, Washington could be creating income, instead of running out to print more money.

I don’t think anyone is really surprised about the spending. I don’t really think anyone is surprised about the pork. But what is ridiculous is the extra ,000 at the end of each dollar amount. Obama and the rest of the ‘yeas’ have no idea of how to produce those extra ,000’s. They think printing money works. They think taxes will make someone want to work, so they can get their share. But most of all they need to be in control.  I have more confidence in Britney Spears running this country than the current set-up! She has the ability to bring in the money.

Like Britney Spears, they are all Flash! Barack can’t pick his cabinet much less write a Stimulus Bill. He is a story teller used to make people cry. When I was young, I always liked the popular movies, shows, music and T.V. shows. I liked them because I could talk to my friends about what I thought. If I didn’t like the Popular Choice I was uncool, a tard or even ‘a fag’. Getting tired of names as I grew, I started not caring about what others thought. These labels were a way for others to seem correct, by not being silent when they couldn’t think. And the more I went fishing the more I understood being attracted to ‘Flash’ is a good way to get into trouble. The same way we get into trouble listening to a smooth talker over one with substance. The way we believe negative information before we examine the facts. The way we settle for the least bad, instead of choosing the best.

Yes, we all make mistakes. but do we take ownership for our decisions. Or do we pass them along like the mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving Dinner? The way we’ve been going our children will have to do more with less. Kinda reminds me of Bush’s Social Security plan - nobody wanted to give up what they were promised even if it meant their kids had to pay for it and wouldn’t receive what they get. Then all of the kids wanted to invest their own money as long as they didn’t have to pay into the system.

How can this be an inherited problem when everyone who started it is still in Washington? Sorry, President Obama your argument doesn’t hold water!

Actually President Obama has owed up to making some big mistakes, which we have not seen from a sitting President in my lifetime. Anyway, we have to move on…and it will be a rocky first couple of years for his Administration just like it was for every other President. What I like about Obama is his tenacity to stick it out despite the odds. Anyway, that’s my two cents.
