She’s not the Sarah Palin I knew! But I Still Like Her.
Sarah Palin made good points. She talked about Personal Responsibility - She talked about Winning in Iraq - She talked about Pumping Oil into the Economy. But I thought she would do better!
She spoke from her heart at the Republican National Convention and I didn’t see that when she talked about the ‘Rescue Bill,’ ‘Big Oil Tax Breaks,’ and economics. Yeah, she needs to support McCain. She also, said last night that she would debate issues with John McCain in the White House. So, she should sell her good ideas to the American Public. They want to hear them!
It looked like she was getting flustered at times, but I could imagine what that must have felt like. The Couric/Gibson interviews, the massive amounts of made-up slanders and the constant barrage of insulting press, which she took very well, would have made me feel a little dispirited too! But since she hasn’t been grilled on a live national audience before, Sarah did very well.
Yeah, I’m disappointed she didn’t attack the “Rescue Plan”, “Global Warming” and “Big Oil Regulations”. And she didn’t talk rings around Biden. But, knowing what Sarah does, is important to know who she is.
So, even though Sarah Palin did something political that I don’t approve of, she’s done and said things that I believe in. I do know Sarah Palin. She’s been consistent in her views. And that’s how you KNOW a person!
