There are two thoughts on Capitalism, Pro-Capitalism and Anti-Capitalism . The Pro Capitalism defense is ‘It allows Americans to be free to make money from their own talents.’ The Anti-Capitalist breaks society into two classes and says ‘The Capitalist class takes advantage of the working class.’

SDEA - More time for lawsuits!
The South Dakota Board of Education has just loosened the requirements on class time. The requirement was 146 hrs/subject per school year. Now it is based on test results.
Test results can indicate retention. But they can indicate short-term memory and I’m pretty sure teachers are still watching out for cheaters. Test results shouldn’t be the criteria for an education.

I’ll make this quick. Ike hit the Gulf of Mexico refineries. Refineries are closed and GAS prices go up. The Price of light Crude oil has fallen $5.18 to $96.00/ barrel (It will fluctuate, as the day goes on.)
