Is Hillary Clinton still Running for President? Or maybe just Hungry?
I noticed when Hillary gave her last campaign speech, she really didn’t say ‘I give up.’ She kinda glommed onto Barack’s popularity. And stepped back to lick her wounds.
Being someone who wanted her to be the democrat nominee, I sent her a letter to tell her to stay in, before this happened. So, I get ‘boy, howdy’ letters, sayin’ how swell it was to run and it always comes down to “…to contribute” click here.
Here is her last plea for donations…a dinner with Hillary.

Dear Guy,
Summer is a time for simple pleasures: family vacations, baseball games, and dinner out under the stars. At least it is if you aren’t running for president!
It sure is nice having a little more time on my hands, and I’d love to spend some of it with you. Would you like to join me for dinner?
During the campaign, I had the chance a few times to grab meals with supporters, but they were always rushed thanks to the frenetic pace of the campaign. This is my first chance to sit down and spend some real one-on-one time with you. If you enter today, we could be having dinner together soon!
Join me for dinner. Make a contribution today.
My staff has been calling this my “retirement dinner” — not because I’m retiring, of course, but because we’re working on retiring the debt we owe to small vendors all over the country. And everyone who acts today will have the chance to join me — along with a guest — for a dinner to talk about whatever you’d like.
Let’s go to dinner! Contribute now, and you and I could be enjoying a summer dinner together soon!
Join me for dinner. Make a contribution today.
Thank you so much for all your wonderful support.
All the best,
Hillary Rodham Clinton

Retire debt, eh? Sounds like she wants us to buy her dinner.
Hillary, maybe we expect you to pay for your own debt. That’s how we pay ours.

Kinda reminds of me of:
“Spend the day climbing Mount Rushmore with Tom and Linda Daschle. The donation will be $5,000.”

She needs to send Bill out on the speaking tour.

You can go and tell her you’re me. I wouldn’t mind. Then YOU can bring a guest.

Awww, come on, we could have a blast! Well, on second thought “Would you like to join me for dinner?” coming from Senator Clinton does spoil the apatite.

I’m gonna have to post the letter from Bill I got yesterday. I’m waiting for Chelsea to write and say “Yeah, she’ll do ANYTHING for money!”

Though not a supporter of Clinton, I will say this–she has at least the desire to be friendly, unlike John McCain, who seems to be just like George W. Bush–a bumbling old man, willing to stomp all over the next guy if its for his benefit.

He’s been way too nice to Obama. But I suppose he has respect for him as a candidate. Opposed to Obama.
